The value for money was great and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, right by the water, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe adding some more variety would be nice.

I was initially skeptical about staying on a floating boat, but my experience at Floating Sea Cove Resort And Marina completely changed my mind. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, and the unique experience of being on a boat was truly memorable. Despite some minor issues like dust and mold in the bathroom, the overall condition of the room was good. The staff was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated their attentiveness to my suggestions for improvement. It was such a cool feeling to be able to sit on the bed and watch fish jumping out of the water. I had a pleasant stay at Floating Sea Cove Resort And Marina and would definitely recommend it to others.

I liked that it wasn't fancy. I stayed in an old Florida Bungalow. It was quiet and peaceful. Daily walks on the dock to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. Just what I needed to de-stress.
Kitchen not clean enough for my comfort.

We had a blast during our Christmas stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The location was perfect, being close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities. Plus, it was only an hour away from Key West. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a unique experience with their "floating" rooms. It was exciting and fun to stay in a tiny houseboat and feel like we were camping on the water.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few drawbacks. The boat could use some updating as it looked a bit dingy with old carpet and an old TV.

We got great value for our money at Floating Sea Cove Resort And Marina. The room, although not fancy, was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the fun activities and restaurants. The staff treated us well and made our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more options.

Suggest you sleep in your car. Its bad, double bad. I love the water but this place is a truly bad. The web pictures look great, be ready for a major disapointment. . The house boats are dirty, have bugs, and mold. Picture a really run down camping cabin.

We booked the floating boats for one reason only, we were on our honeymoon traveling around Florida and wanted to stay somewhere quirky.... That it was :-) We stayed for two nights, bought cheap fishing rods from k mart, and relaxed on the bow of our little boat. We ate at two restaurants that were both in close walking distance and both did great food. Catch 53 and Island fish company. We had a great couple of nights :-)

The sunset view was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful and memorable experience. the concept of staying on a houseboat and floating was unique and added to the overall charm. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The cleanliness of the boat was lacking, with dusty blinds and a musty and damp bed. Some electrical outlets and lights did not work, and the TV only had one channel.

The floating rooms (house boats) are small, yet very idyllic. Each has a small deck up front with big and comfortable lawn chairs where we watched the sunset across the bay, drinking wine, listening to the birds (and air conditioning unit ;) ), and watched fish jump in the water.

I love the view and the privacy.
The bed is horrible. Hurt my back. If they upgrade I will stay next year.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially with the free upgrade to a floating room. The location was fantastic, with a quiet neighborhood and beautiful sunset views from the foredeck. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.

nothing
this is not a resort its a dumpy motel. the room was disgusting and not clean. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over. there was no beach or swimming place not even near by. there was no room maid service. you had to chase someone down to get clean bath towels or any toilet paper. we tried to call and confirm or even find out about anything of the place ,but no one ever called us back (they had 2 months). Roaches are running around. I was born and raised in Florida and wont even put up with those bugs. would not recommend to anyone.

We loved the houseboats they are so cute. We fished from the deck. The boat ramp was good and we were able to dock the boat right there.

Considering the price we paid, we got great value for our money with a large and comfortable room. The location was perfect for exploring the Keys and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
